3 Weeks Workout to get flat lower abs

Most people find their upper abs easier to tone than their lower abs. Knowing this I am not particularly concerned with getting washboard abs. But working out this area not only keeps it toned and trim, but also brings awareness to your sacral plexus, the chakra of pleasure and physical connection. By paying special attention to this area, you will feel more grounded, sensual, and connected to your body! Try this flat lower abs workout, 2 sets, 3 times a week to feel firmer quickly. Start with your left hip on the ground, supported on your left forearm. Reach your right leg straight up toward the ceiling, foot pointed. Start lying on your back, your legs and arms spread in an X like a starfish. Inhale and engage your core; exhale, and bring your legs and arms up altogether to meet in a boat position. Inhale and go back to starting position. 3 weeks we guess the result will be remarkable.

The  exercises included in this workout target all of the major muscles of your legs including your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and gluteus (butt) muscles. Make sure to always warm-up with 10-15 minutes of moderate exercise (stationary bike, walking) to get your body temperature up and your muscles fully warm before beginning this workout routine. A good rule of thumb is to slightly break a sweat during your 10 minute warm-up exercise which is a good indicator that you’re fully warmed up and ready to get started!

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and place a barbell high on the back of your shoulders along your trapezius muscles (not on your neck). Grip the barbell with your palms facing forward.With your toes pointing slightly outward, slowly bend your knees and squat down while keeping your head straight and your eyes looking forward. Squat down until your thighs are about parallel to the ground but make sure to avoid going too low where it causes pain or discomfort. Training in front of a mirror really helps to view your overall form and technique.Keep your back straight and your chest out during the entire movement. Avoid hunching over or rounding your back during the exercise.From the bottom position, push up with your quadriceps and raise up to the top position while squeezing your butt muscles when you reach the top.At the top of the movement, do not completely lock out your knees. Try to keep a slight bend in your knees in order to place continuous and maximum tension on your leg muscles.

The best tips that I can give you is that you should stop shavıng! I know there are girls out there that can shave and it wont leave any darkness and itll be great (im so jelly of them) but I know for me.. I personally only have to wax once a month now because they hair is so sparse! After Am done waxing, I like to apply almond oil to the underarm area because it helps heal it, moisturizes it and almond oil is also great for lightening dark pigmentation.A lemon juice toner really helps too but I ve stopped doing that since ım happy with the color.Another important thing to renewing the skin and removing dark pigmentation is exfolıatıng! you can make an exfoliator at home wit brown sugar, honey and lemon juice or you can use baking soda and water.. but i prefer my freeman all over body scrub.. I love it! I love that it has pomegranate extract in it which is great to make your skin glow, as well as my bff almond oil! Another thing ı forgot to mention in the video.. its really important the type of deodorant that you use. ı personally cannot use natural deodorants because I just smell beastly and they dont work on me lol so I have to use something stronger. I use secret stress response deodorant and I love it! I am not joking you, it is the only deodorant that works for me! It also doesnt leave a dark residue nor clog my pores so it doesnt darken the under arm area!
